I currently weigh 170 pounds, my goal weight is around 140 maybe a little less depending if I can maintain that. I've always been a bit heavier throughout high school but my senior year I was able to lose a bunch of weight and I looked fantastic! I just need to use that as my motivation as I try to lose these 30 pounds. I want to be able to wear a bikini next summer and and not be embarassed, I want to be more confident, I'm pretty self concious all the time and shy and by losing weight I think it will help out a lot. Being so shy and self concious has ruined many relationships for me simply because I just couldn't open up I always felt unsure and ugly about myself.
I'm finally ready to make this a lifestyle change other than losing the weight then thinking I can go eat cheeseburgers anytime I please! I'm going to start posting calories, and my workouts in hopes it will motivate me to go to the gym and eat healthier.
Tomorrow my plan is to get up early (5am) to get a morning jog/walk in before work. Hopefully this is still my plan when my alarm clock goes off! (so not a morning person)
