If im trying to lose body fat..

If you're going to do cardio in the morning (fasted cardio) there is no need to do HIIT. HIIT is a way of tricking your body into going straight for the fat stores for energy. Fasted cardio does the same thing differently by training when glycogen stores are low so, a steady pace is all that is needed for similar results.

Straigh after a meal is a bad time to do cardio.

DO HIIT 3-4 times a week every morning. If you want to do HIIT everyday, which is not recommended, then you will need a higher calorie intake to keep yourself rolling.

Then you'll most probably screw your knees with the shock.

Just ease into it, it makes it all easier to maintain and build on. A lot can be said of just a little patience in this game.
