If I do 30 minutes cardio, 30 minutes weights every other day for 2 months .........?

Hey there, I'll get to the point.

If I go to the gym at least every other day (so about 4-6 times a week), 2 months from now should I notice quite a bit of difference?

I'm 17 , 5ft 10, 9 st 10, and my Bf was 11.5 % and Bmi 20.5 two weeks ago.

Could I get noticeable abs in this time?
I have a relatively healthy diet, never eating chips, crisps, fizzy drinks etc
I'm Vegetarian aswell so no high fat meats, only things like beans, nuts and eggs for protein.

I've been doing more gym than ever recently (past couple weeks) and I think I've noticed a difference, is this likely?

Thanks ppl, All help very much appreciated.

as long as your diet and training is good then yes IMO.

yep, as long as your diet is proper, and your training is done properly, including the correct amount of rest between workouts (includign sleep) then yes you'll see a difference in the mirror, or a photograph, after 6-8 weeks.

BMI is a useless number so quit using it completely. if your BF is 11.5% you're already lean, so the change in 8weeks won't be as pronounced as someone with more fat.

however if all goes well, and if your diet it geared towards leaning out...you might have your six pack in 8 weeks.

wow that'd be awesome.
I have one question though, "including the correct amount of rest between workouts"
Should I be getting more rest?
I keep in mind that muscles take 40-48 hours to develop/repair themselves but then I think, well body builders are known for doing like 3-4 hours a day, so if I said I've been going every day this week and pushing myself each time do you think that's too much?

Thx very much btw.

every day is too much. Every other day is alright. You could do 6 days a week though, and separate cardio and weightlifting, doing each 3 days a week, but not on the same days.

On the same day completely tires you out. Don't try it.
