Hello Fellow Warriors,

Quick Introduction:

Name: Idris S kanchwala
Age: 29
Gender: Male
Weight: 98.900 KG
Target to loose 30 KGs in Three Phases of loosing 10 KGs in every phase.

Workout Plan
Walking upto 10.5 KM

Diet Plan
Is combination of High Protein Diet + Liquid Diet

Will try to achieve calorie deficit of 8000 cal to loose 1 KG every four days.
Will take rest on Day Fifth, Will repeat the same cycle to loose 10 KG in Phase 1

Today is day one of my first cycle of Phase 1.
So far I have stuck to my diet, will go for the walk in the evening.

Hey Idris and welcome to the forum! I hope you are enjoying your diet. Have you made any plans for how to keep your goal weight once you reach it?
