Ideal exercise/calorie intake when toning?

Alright, I figure that by the end of December, if I work pretty determined, I should be finish my 2 month bulking period. If not, I'll continue, if so, this is where I need help.

I've noticed some fat coming back on. Therefore, when I tone, I want to become very toned. How much calories should I take, with about 30 minute circutis each day, and weight training (toning), to burn the fat very quickly, without sacrificing muscle?
 
Plug in your numbers and you'll get your caloric needs.

Mods, can we sticky this? I've posted this site a number of times because there have been a number of questions relating to figuring out one's kcal (calorie) needs.
 
This may not be very accurate is all though....

It could still very well be more, or less.

Anyways, since I've no other choice, thank you very much evolution. ^^
