Id Like To Buy StreamLine For 500.

Well, here i am, AGAIN. But this time, my goals are sincere. When i was on here earlier i was in desperate need to be skinny over night. But now i have legit reason. I recently have realized, that my favorite pair of jeans...NO LONGER FITS! Puting them on yesterday was a tight squeeze. Like scary tight.
Anyways, im taking this full on. Im going to beat the weight! But i seem to be having trouble getting started.
For the past 3 days, i have ONLY been eating when im hungry. And drinking TONS of water. Ive lost some weight. But i dont want quick fixes anymore. I need to make long term changes.
I recently got a Jack Russel Puppy, that i am starting to walk daily. But i dont like walking alone. I want to stick to it, but to be honest, it scares me. Oh how i get so off topic.

My major goal is to lose 70 lbs. I weigh 185 currently. But ive determined that i do better with smaller goals. So my first goal is to lose 10 lbs, by September 4th. AND KEEP IT OFF!

I am going to stick to it this time! I CAN DO THIS!

Any ides on some fun exercise's i can do with puppy, or just support would be great.

Life is mostly good. Things get a little nuts sometimes, but hey, whatcha gonna do?

What kind of plan you trying to get going? Let us know!

Well...

You're kind of in a sticky spot where you are young enough that you don't have a lot of control over the food that is coming into the house. That is a tough spot sometimes.

Have you identified where you think you need work? some people are into junk food, or sweets, some compulsively snack, stress eating, portion control, etc...

How about exercise? Does your puppy like fetch, frisbee, etc? walking isn't the only thing. Even just getting out and active is a heckuva start.

Let us know so we have a direction...
