I may edit this later. Typing on my phone and not sure how well it will work.

The last few months/year have been busy and not all good. Been through a lot but hoping things are starting to look up so I thought why not try this again. My lowest weight was a few months before my wedding at 125.5. Today I was 133. My goal is about 115/120. I am posting my measurements and hoping i finally have some motivation to actual do some workouts and eating better. I refuse to fully cut bad foods but I need to cut back on the bad stuff. I will do official weigh-ins every week and post during the week when I can too. Here's to hoping 2016 is my year!

Waist: 30
Stomach: 33
Hips: 36

My plan for workouts:
WiiFit
HIIT challenges
Ab workouts
Arm weight workouts
Kinect games

Many workouts I will find online, or perhaps I will dig out some workout videos I have.

Being that weather is becoming crappy all workouts will be indoors in my basement.

Off to a terrible start. Over ate Edo for a late lunch yesterday and skipped dinner. 134.5 today.
Goal for today: drink 1L of water. Start small and work my way up.
I bought cheap halloween candy. Total of about 120 small packs. Hubby has challenged me to make it last over 3 months until my bday. Depending how much i give away when people come over i may be able to do that.
Have a bday this weekend and another next weekend ao will need to be careful or my bad food and liquor intake.

My goal for this year is about 1lb/week which will leave me at about 125 come the new year. If I up that to 1.5/week I'd hit my goal before my birthday. That would be awesome!
Another goal: doing SOMETHING every day in terms of exercise. Even if its just 5 pushups or lifting weights, I feel that will help me do more over time.
 
134.5 again this morning...perhaps Sunday wasn't fully accurate? Meh.

I drank 1L of water yesterday, yay! But it did take until right before bed, drank the last glass to hit my goal. But I did it! Going to try again today.
I ate 2 packs of candy yesterday, but my reasoning was I wanted to see if I liked the flavours of the rainbow twizzlers. Which I guess I don't care for, so they will not be eaten by me. They will be left out for people who come by and want them, or perhaps my hubby can take them to work. That means I am aiming for about 2 months for the rest of the candy to last, 3 months would be even better but I'm not holding my breath there.

I did a few squats yesterday and some lifting but nothing major for exercising. Today I have a busy day so I will see where that leaves me tonight in terms of time before hubby gets home from work.

Oh! And I drank my tea yesterday with no sugar. Doing the same today :)
