i workout 7 days a week

i workout 7 days a week is this good?
and how far is a mile
cuase i know a km is a 20min walk and 2 miles would be far to run under 20 mins with 50-70 pounds of stuff on you i quess they train you real well.
 
when you say you workout 7 days a week, is this just referring to push ups and sit ups? (since this is all i've seen you post about)

push ups sit ups bikeing up hills pull ups at the school after hours when kids out haveint started running yet and soon dumb bells when i get stronger
but mostly push ups and sit ups yes
 
I would say that you should take a day off or two to recover a week but I have heard that a lot of young kid make improvements with a similiar program like yours
 
A mile is 1.6 km. Yeah, carrying 50 - 70 lbs. and running 2 miles in 20 minutes is impressive! Are you referring to soldiers?
