How did i get to 210 pounds? Laziness, excuses greed and lack of control.
I have struggled with food as an adult. I binge when I’m lonely, stressed or mad. I also started eating out a lot. Things I did in the pass to keep my weight manageable are no longer sustainable.
As I approach 39 I know it will not get easier so change has to happen.
My plan
I’ve incorporated exercise already but I really can’t wait for spring when the sun comes out earlier to run outside. I’m eating better but I can still use a bit of work. To prevent myself from overeating at work I filled the fridge up with lean cuisine meals.
After 1 week the m down to 205. This week goal is to keep up a gallon a day of water and 5 days of exercise.

Knowing when and why you overeat is a great first step to change. You don´t have to be perfect as long as you´re aware of what you´re doing. Congratulations on a great first drop and good luck with the rest of the process.

Yesterday was a good day. I was sore from my workout the day prior so I did not go to the gym but I moved around a lot of work to ensure I get my steps in. I drank a protein shake for breakfast and lunch was a lean cuisine. We had Thai for dinner but I really was not very hungry so I had some spicy beef salad and a little curry with rice. I decided not to cut my wine off so I had Glass I’d wine with dinner.
I love not feeling obsessive over what I eat. Everything In moderation works for me.
I did have a meal in the go from Starbucks this morning which was about 490 calories so lunch will be a lean cuisine and dinner will be a salad
 
490 calories sounds like a diet meal to me anyway - but then I´m used to big breakfasts :) I didn´t know Starbucks even did meals, by the way; what did you have?

I got an egg sandwich with bacon. Yeah that bacon does it every time! Lol
 
I Hoppes on the scale and I’m 8 pound down!!!! WTF I know I have never been this heavy so the excess weight must be easier to fall off but I didn’t know I could lose O much in less than 10 days.
Today’s goals include drinking gallon of water and at least 30 minutes of cardio which is what I plan on doing after this post. If hungry before work I’ll have some bare natural peanut butter granola with almond milk if not I will enjoy Mexican with my co workers at our luncheon. I will get a fajita if all fails I also want to hit my step goal.
 
8 pounds in 10 days ?! Congratulations! If you were further into the process I'd preach at you for losing too much too fast but this early on I'm just happy for you. I hope lunch was delicious :)
