I will be skinny! :)

Well slimfast as of today went straight out of the window LOL i think if i tried to drink another milkshake i would of ended up being sick. Ive deffo learned my lesson as far as faddy diets go. Low calorie with lots of fruit and veggies is the way to go :) Thats how i got this far so why quit now :) So i just had 3 healthy well portioned meals today with fruit and veggies included. So im feeling loads better now that ive had proper food. The slimfast shakes gave me terrible head aches and i was constantly hungry. The first few days were fine but it deffinately gets to you sooner if not later. I deffo wouldnt reccomend it to anyone else.
I didnt get to the gym tonight cause i had a induction for my new job at Maccys! God the temptation! LOL only joking i think its safe to say i know that stuff is no good for me and i refuse to put it in my body. So i wont be gaining any weight from it :p However i did walk there and back which is a good 3 mile walk so i guess ive not been completely lazy :)

Well im officially ontop of the world LOL I promised myself i wouldnt weigh myself cause i knew it would drive me mad if i had gained or whatever. But ive actually lost! 3lbs in 5 days im so happy :D Im just 8lbs off having a normal BMI! I cant tell you the last time i was considered a normal weight :) Im so happy i could cry LOL This deffinately motivates me to stay on track and seen this long, hard but so worth it journey through :)

Well today ive done really well i actually planned ahead for my meals. I prepared them all last night, measured our correct quantities and counted up all the calories. Ive never know myself to be so prepared lol. Anyways here are my meals for today:

Breakfast- Weetabix with skimmed milk 250 cals
Snack- Yogurt 70 cals
Lunch- Prawn stirfry (prawns, veggies an soy sauce) 250 cals
Snack- Mini rice cakes 80 cals
Dinner- Homemade stew (corn beef, potatoes, carrots, gravy granuals) est 400 cals
Snack- Fruit and fibre bar 130 cals

Total calories= 1180

So i think ill do the same for tomorow as im tryna stick with the 6 meals a day thingy lol. I dont think i did to bad but im kinda new to this so ill get better :D
 
Sliming World is awsome! lol :D i just had to get that out there. I mean i started a few days ago and i feel awsome. I dont feel deprived at all, i can eat as much fruit, vegies and yogurt as i want. Today im on a green day so its unlimited rice, pasta etc basically as many carbs as i want :D Which im liking alot lol.
So today heres what ive had so far:

Breakfast- 2 slices of wholemeal bread with beans (Both B choices gone)
Lunch- Chicken quorn fillet stuffed with cheese and quorn bacon, lots of brown rice and stir fry veggies and a coffee (Both A choices gone)
Snack- banana

Im seriously stuffed after all of that LOL but im sure ill be snacking on fruit an yogurt when i get back from the gym later. I fanybody else out there is doing food optimising (slimming world) let me know. Id love to chat about different recipes and stuff :D
