I want to work out but don't want to change my body...

Not quite sure if this would be the right place but...
I dont work out much at the moment and wouldn't say my diet is healthy. Last time I got into exercising regularly, I started loosing weight rather quickly but I don't actually want to loose weight. I honestly like my size as it is.
I want to get into running regularly to start doing organized runs because I love the feeling after a run and like being involved in things like that. I am also after some other activities for me, besides running.
Is there anything I can do, that doesnt involve eating more (since I eat more then most males I know), to prevent me from loosing weight? Maybe even different exercises...

What do you mean man? If you're in Shape and Happy with your shape, then Running can Only do you good, Inside and Out.

Part of the Good feeling you talk about, is because you physically released certain substances from your body by working, sweating, and also losing that few ounces of weight.
 
Resistance training is just any exercise using weight... could be body weight, exercise bands, free weights or machines at the gym...
 
If you do not want to lose weight but want to remain good shape all the time then there are lots of good option besides running.

I think that you should consider some sorts of cardio which you enjoy most. Why not swimming? It would not lose your overall weight dramatically but you will remain in good shape all the time.

More importantly it would give your upper body a very good shape.
 
thanx Dude, I’ve been working out for three months n I was thinking maybe it was time to change my routine completely, now i’ll just make small changes
