SO SOREEEE
I went to the gym today right after work and no i feel beat.
Had a good work out and so far its going good. Its my goal this week to go to the gym mon-fri
Just to break the gym laziness.
Had good food today.
-Cinamon brown sugar oatmeal with reduced sugar with milk and a pear
-Vegetable chicken rice with a tangerine
-Pasta with steak bits and some tomato sauce
-Medium coffee with a friend
It's 11.30pm and I am a little hungry but its ok..becaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
