I want to get in the best shape of my life. Please guide me.

First off, I read the FAQ sticky. But it lists so many workouts and I don't know which ones would pertain to me.
I am 17 right now. My body is in a very poor condition. I run a 15 minute mile. I can bench press the bar with no weights. I can arm curl a ten pound dumb bell. I can do about ten push ups. I don't know how many sit ups because when I do them I can't even go all the way up. I'm 5'7 and 165 pounds. I can do one pull up. When I bend my knees.
But I want to get in the best shape of my life. Because when I graduate highschool I'll be 19 since I was put in a year late. And when I graduate I want to join the marines. But I know I am in absolutely no condition to even pass the physical exam.
So for the next two years I want to do nothing but train.
But I have no knowledge of fitness and health so I want help from an expert.
Where should I start? I don't have access to a gym. The only things I have in my house are two thirty pound dumbbells.
