I want to gain Weight (what i have to get or do?)

Hi guys.
This is my firts time in this forum.
I just started going to the gym, because i want get some mascles and gain Weight


Im 26 years old
W: 125 pounds
H: 5'8"

What i have to drink or do to gain weight??

LoL, I am in the exact same boat as you, I'm also 5'8" 125 lbs...but im 16 =p

Anyways, I have found basicly there is really only one way to gain any weight at all....exersize. Trust me if your anything like me, it wouldn't matter if you ate nothing but butter and cream you wouldn't gain an ounce.

Try protien shakes and exersizing. Or if your like me and don't want a bloody protien shake, just try to eat a lot of meat, nuts, and all things protien. This in combonation with a lot of strength training will put on quite a few pounds.

This is all theory, as I can't get access to any weights outside my 10 pounders, so try this and then....tell me if it works lol.

But seriously, if you have some weights or can buy some, do and use em. If you can get your hands on a bench just go at it. Oh yeah, and definatly check around the forums, lol abear, you gave me that exact same link, must have it bookmarked =p
 
if you want to gain weight then you dont need to drink anything but water. you need to ask what you should be eating. to many people nowadays are realying on protein shakes, but thats not very good. You do not need tot drink more than one protein shake a day, if that.

First thing you need to do is figure out what you are eating and how many calories you are intaking. Once you have done this, you need to figure out where and when you can add extra food to increase your calories. but you dont want to add too much too fast or you will start gaining body fat.
