I am 15, male, weigh about 267 pounds, but I'm around 6' or 6'1" tall and big boned (not making excuses i just am). My goal is to get down to 180 or so.
Right now I've been cutting back on meal portions, doing sprints every other day, and weight lifting inbetween those days.
I need to follow though, a more strict diet. I realy need help deciding if:
1, My current plan is healthy
2, i should go to a calorie diet and what number of calories i should have daily.
3, there are any tips or cautions you all can give me for making this healthy and smart.
