i want sore biceps and shoulders + does no soreness mean no growth?

I need workout that will make my biceps and shoulders sore as hell. im going for growth, not cutting. what exercises are good.

btw, if im not sore the next day, does that mean im not growing?

I agree that muscle soreness isnt needed, but dont go down that path blindly and remember to up your weights every so often to keep the intensity up.
