So I got on the scale yesterday and I have lost 9lbs. I started this diet Aug 14th and lost 9lbs in two months. MM.. Not bad all I did was change my eating habits. it is so mice to see that scale go down. I try not to get hooked on what the scale says but once ya start seeing it go down it pushes you to keep going. I get depressed because sometimes the only thing I want in my diet is Ice cream and chocolate. So I come on here and read everyones diaries and posts. It is great to be able to come on here and get so much energy from the positive outlooks on weightloss. Thanks everyone once again you have helped keep the ice cream and chocolate out of my house.
