I want a new life

I would like to lose 30 lbs in three months, that is by May 10th. And the first 10lb is due by the end of Feb. I would record my diet every day. Then start my work out together with my diet plan for the rest time. :cuss: I would show the before and after photos if I make it.

Feb. 7th, today, peas 150k + half grapefruit 100k
 
three weeks left in Feb., I need to lose 3lbs every week

Feb. 09, did good, vegetables and half an apple
 
Why do you want to lose it so quickly? Is there a goal your working towards? I know its boring and inconvient sometimes but loosing weight slowly over a longer amount of time is healthier and easier to maintain.

Good luck though I hope you get all you wish for :)
