I want a body like........ link to pic provided

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help me achieve a body like Britney Spears when she was on the cover of Spain's edition of the Rolling Stone Magazine in 2003.

What exercises should I do, how much weight should I lift, Should I lift heavier with less reps, or go lighter with more reps, should I take a protein supplement? If anyone has any ideas please let me know. I just want to get really toned like in the pic. I don't want to look like a bodybuilder.

I am the same height and have the pretty much the same body type as her. I am 5'4" and weight between 115 and 120. I just want to know some things I can do to get really tight and toned instead of the defined muscle look. I tend to build muscle rather quickly and when I lift heavier weights my muscle definition really shows. Over the summer I worked out a lot like 4-5 times a week but I slacked off because of working full time and going to school full time. I lost a lot of muscle definition now I just want to tone up. I also would like some ideas on how to get a nicely defined back like in the pic below. What's the best exercises for that?

ok wanna be spears here is the deal... since you are about 5'4 and about 115-120 you only have little fat, If you were fat and wanted to look like that then id say start running to burn off that fat and do crunches. But since you are not fat, i still say keep running to keep in shape and keep that fat off and do crunches to tone your belly.

As for other workout only do light weight and alot of reps, If you do , for example 8 or 10 reps thats mostly for muscle building, and if you do 15 reps thats for toning and keeping muscle growth slightly growing, and if you do like 20 reps then its mostly toning.

You dont want to do like really light weight that you can do 100 times but only do it 20 times, you want to pick a weight for yourself that you can do 3 sets of 20 and have trouble with it... then in a few weeks try to move up 5 lbs and do the same thing, and in a few weeks move up 5lbs again and stick to 15-20 reps..

she's nothing but Photoshopped ... she doesn't look like that. Take a look at some of her natural pictures from live TV, etc ... she's actually not that attractive ..>
 
Yeah right! I wouldn't go that far... she's hot, no doubt about it! Not to be crude, but I havn't met the guy yet that said he would kick her outa bed.

i have ive met dozens that say they wouldnt touch her if she was the last woman on earth
but all the guys i know like big curvy women like seriously overweight and they dont like supermodels it makes them sick
great i have a 24 inch waist im 5ft 7 :rolleyes: evil guys cant they just be happy lol
