I think my thighs got fatter!

I lost 30 lbs at the end of 2004 and have been eating light and working out with weights and videos and on my bike ever since, and maybe I never noticed it before..

But the backs of my thighs look, well, cottage cheesey! It's NOT attractive!

The stretch marks are gone...I'm pretty fit and toned, but my thighs, my thighs!!!!!!!!!

We don't know what your body fat % is so lowering it might help. Also drink lots of water and do some dry skin brushing (upward strokes) to improve circulation.

It's my goal to get rid of the cellulite I have on the upper-back of my thighs. From what I've read losing excess fat, building muscle on your thighs, AND stretching them is important. Supposedly keeping the muscles stretched helps the fat to lie less bunched up, or so they say! Good luck! I know I need it. :)
