Yeah, gin and tonics are good for you. The quinine in the tonic combats malaria. You don't want malaria, do you? You should drink six :)

best thing I've heard all day! :) sorry I haven't been on guys. Just been wicked busy since my fiance came in on saturday. I have been keeping up with my eating habits. However have found it extremely hard to work out. Yesterday we spent 8 hrs walking around the zoo (that has to count for something). And on saturday I didn't work out. Today I want to get my 1000 calorie work out in along with some more abs.

I'll keep you posted.

alright so lets get this ball back on track eh. Shesh

My lazy tush is now being put into gear.
Tonight I'm really going to make my butt work. Do the 1000 calorie workout plus some legs and all of the abs which will come out to about 1000 ab reps.

-banana
-plum
-tortilla
-triscuts 12

lunch
- Salad w/ feta cheese and balsamic vinagerette
- banana
- plum

dinner
-chicken
- carrots
- salad (fetta cheese, balsamic vineger)
- 5 small roasted potatoes.
