best thing I've heard all day! sorry I haven't been on guys. Just been wicked busy since my fiance came in on saturday. I have been keeping up with my eating habits. However have found it extremely hard to work out. Yesterday we spent 8 hrs walking around the zoo (that has to count for something). And on saturday I didn't work out. Today I want to get my 1000 calorie work out in along with some more abs.
alright so lets get this ball back on track eh. Shesh
My lazy tush is now being put into gear.
Tonight I'm really going to make my butt work. Do the 1000 calorie workout plus some legs and all of the abs which will come out to about 1000 ab reps.
