After Christmas I've felt a bit down, but now a little more than a week ago - after some persistent gut issues - I decided that I need to get back to how I used to eat... if I don't want to end up really sick!
So, I started one morning. Drank a lot of water with lemon for half of the first day (to give my tummy a rest) and then had some fruits, and later a few salads. The second day I again started with the lemon water but then I slowly moved on to regular meals but ate slowly and chewed really well, breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack. Clean food, no dairy, sugar, meat or wheat. And I have continued with this clean diet.
I had a lot of detox symptoms the first few days, but now I'm already feeling good and suddenly today I feel so motivated to continue doing this! It's been about 10 days now and I survived one birthday party and also Easter without eating anything that wouldn't be good for me
