Can't offer you too much help but I can commiserate, i look a lot like you do from the neck down! That is indeed one of the worst things about weight loss - even though you've clearly lost a lot of weight, you're probably much more self-conscious than you ever were as your bigger self. I think where you finish depends on what you're going for, increased health or better looks or both. I mean, if you still felt like losing more you could but I doubt you'd need to lose very much more. I might do a bodyfat percentage test, just do the home one (with a cloth tape, search Google) to get a rough idea of where you're at....I say that because when I first saw you, I thought "At MOST, he would only want to lose like 15-20 more lbs." and yet, 120 would be pretty damn low for a male to weigh. So you might make sure that you've been losing more fat than muscle. So that would be my best advice, my doctor told me directly "Do not lose any more weight", so I'm kind of useless, as far as giving advice to someone in my position who's still losing.
