I started 30 day shred by jillian micheals

Hi Friends,
I started a new program called "30 Day shred By Jillian Micheals"
I have read lots of reviews abt this video and finally bought it

We need just handweight abt 3-5lbs and a aerobics floor mat for ab exercises.

This video consists of 3 levels
Each level abt 25 minutes including cool down and warm up
Each level should be done for 10 days.
Level 1 - 10 days
Level 2 - 10 days
Level 3 - 10 days
Total 30 days.

But i'm planning to do Each level for 12 days becos first two days in each level will be in learning the moves exactly.

and i'm also posting my measurements and fotos i took just 1 day before starting this program.


chest 42 inches
waist 36 inches
hip 38 inches
thighs 22.5 inches
Biceps- 12.5 inches
 
I started this on july 20th.
Today is july 23rd

So its been already 4 days.

But the body is sore for first 3 days
and i can say one thing abt this workout os its Kick Ass Workout.

Its just 25minutes workout and i have never sweated out like this.

i will be posting my fotos and measurements after finishing each level.
 
i can feel it

Its been just 4 days and i can really feel the difference in my body....waiting to see how i will look after 1 month...but now i dont have any soreness in my body...
