I need your advice, please

Hello,

I'm 21 years old...

I wanted to ask if anyone can give me advice... I lost weight... I used to be slim but due to difficult time I had and depressions I lost bit more weight... Now I'm 51 kg and 1.68 tall (I don't know the american measures, sorry...)

I feel my muscles and skin have weakened a bit in the neck and face due to loss weight... my body looks good but I gotta gain some weight. I wanted to ask if any of you know good exercises for the neck and if working out can help also eat more as I do not have much appetite in the recent time... I do not want to develop an eating disorder...

if you start up a good weight lifting routine your neck will get bigger without directly working it out. maybe doing shrugs for the trap muscles would help your appearance in that particular area.
as for eating, eat a small meal every 3 hours, youll never really be full, and youll never really be hungry either.

i dont know about you but after an intense workout im starving!!!
 
Thank you for your great advice... I need to do some working out because I feel I need to eat more.

Your reply was encouraging to me because I wasn't sure wether the neck muscles can grow just from general working out...
