I need suggestion/opinion as i find myself very helpless all around !!

Hi, My name is Anand Chitalia...
I'm 20 year old Slim wiegh 40Kg and height 5'3.

I'v been doing gym from last 1 month and been taking whey 4 servings a day with milk. its working good but now all i need is the mass and i'v been getting mixed opinion so i find myself very confused and helpless !!

I want my height at least 5'5 or 5'4 is also enough !! and big important thing is i need mass. Recently i was told by someone that i should take N-Large which can help me in growing body mass and muscle !!

As i live in Mumbai, India N-Large is not easily available but Mega Mass and Weight Gainer is available..

I have no idea about all these supplements but i want the best that can work out for my body and my diet is also not that nutrious or healthy !!

Anand, You can certainly gain muscle mass (read through the stickies) but your height is not going to change at 20yrs old. Good luck!
 
Yeah you don't technically need supplements either... they help but you can just increase calories and lift weights... that will build muscle. Obviously the levels need to be correct but you can do it with just that. Get rid of the bad food too!

yep, yer done growing at this point. sorry. look on the bright side: muscle mass looks 'better' on a smaller frame...meaning a 5'3" guy that gains 10 lbs of muscle is going to 'show off' that muscle more than someone who's 6'3".

most pro body-builders are 6' tall or less.

and you don't need any fancy weight gainers. all that stuff is, is protein powder and sugar.

I think you're drinking too many shakes. have shakes no more than twice a day. 70% (minimum) of your calories need to come from healthy, whole food sources: meat, fish, chicken, eggs, some dairy, tons of veggies, rice, oatmeal, whole grains...even some bread/pasta since you appear to be a hard gainer and trying to bulk up.

well i'm very thin man thats the issue at the age of 20 i look like am 17 yr old guy.. i know by taking whey protien and everyday gym can also work but am so frustrated by now that i wanna build up within 3 months so thats the reason im looking for mass gainer and then stop that and come back to whey and then later stage no whey but go on with nutrious food..

i really need to build up because now am gonna enter the business field and i cannot be like a kid i need to be pretty matured...!!

bad habits i smoke daily... booze iv stopped completely from last 2months and i dont feel like boozing anymore !!

i know its foolish to be like this thinking within 3 months run and build up but my case at this stage is too bad.. am very thin and i look like a bum..!! i need some mass now.. anyways iv heard according to person's weigh the servings is to be given as of now i weigh 40kg so i guess 3 servings is enough !!

good luck! The whey will really help but I think you should also increase your overall calories. I hate to tell ya, but it is true I do no think the height is going to change but you can increase bulk with weights and protein diet!

iv heard till 21 u can increase your height 5'4 not bad hehe.. anyways cant help.. thanks for all your replies.. last n-large 2 ? good?
