i need some serious advice

Hello, I am 20 yo, 1,75m, 57 kgs and i want to gain weight.. not necesarily only muscle mass.. but to get thicker. I curently workout at home with an adjustable dumbbell (up to 15 kgs). I workout monday chest biceps, tuesday trapezius quadriceps, wednesday shoulders calf, thursday back triceps and friday forearms. I workout abs every day and in the weekends i rest. I smoke about half a pack a cigarettes a day and smoke pot every few days. I eat 4-5 times a day about 2000-2500 calories. I'm looking for some serious advice if anyone can help me about gaining more weight faster. I want to make some kind of diet and workout plan, hope you can help me. So far it's been a month and i haven't had any weight gain at all.. Thanks

well, 15kg is not a lot of weight when you start working the chest, upper back, and legs. getting access to more equipment is going to be necessary.

post your current daily diet in the Nutrition forum and we'll break it down for you.

if you are working out and wants to gain weight, guess you need to stop smoking or at least minimize it for the mean time. get help with trainor for a meal or diet plan to be able to achieve your target weight.

@alicooper's right. Smoking will decrease you ability to put on mass right out of the gates. Look at rockstars and supermodels. That, not to mention it kills you.... ha ha ha.... I guess that's not funny. Too bad too, because man it can be awesome to smoke. I smoked a whole carton in Bangkok just cause I had nothing better to do. Ahh, the glory days.. ha ha.

Anyway, the smoking will limit your ability to increase your BMI. No ****. I'm not going to tell you you should quit. That seems redundant redundant. Here's some other tricks:

8 egg whites for breakfast EVERYDAY
Where's your legs routine man? You want weight or you just want a bigger chest? If you want weight, your quads are where you're going to make the biggest gains. Squats, deadlifts, ploymetrics are good and devilishly good.
More cottage cheese.
More tuna.
More bong hits.... I mean.... not more bog hits. Pull the clutch...

Listen, seriously, more lean protein, and better workouts - I'm thinking.

I'm a big fan of body-weight training. Pushups, pullups, squats, dips, etc. I've been doing them for sometime and they do way more for you than weight training (in my opinion). They increase your overall core strength rather than just isolated muscle groups. For a good example, check out this smokin' hot chick kicking this super-fit dudes ass in 20 minutes on bodyrock.tv (Freddy's workout)

If I read between the lines it sound like you just want to be bigger in the chest or?? This is like a ladies thing vs. a health thing?? That's cool. Anyone who tells you that they're not working out to be more attractive to the opposite sex either lying or asexual.. ha ha.

Be more specific about the goal?
