What are some good ones that works the whole core and get my torso strong in areas that weightraining won't get them in? (hips, butt, thigh, hamstrings, back, abdominals, obliques)? and my flexibility also sucks.
I dont know much about Pilates but I want to start doing them to get my core in good shape, especially for sports so I can run faster, last longer in running and my sprints, and be able to kick the soccer ball farther, and also hit the softball farther. I play both softball and soccer and I need strength in the core and hips.
If you have any sites, let me know. and what equipment should I need? I have my stability ball at home, medicine ball, dumbbell, barbell, and resistance bands.
