i need some guide lines

well i asked a few smart people why i losted my passion for fitness and i worked it out with my self. its been a year since i lifted a weight, and i desided that imma gonna start again on monday. but since imma only 15 and still growing i dont want to hurt my growth so what kinda or routein would you recommend i do. just a few guide lines if you can please help thanks alot.
 
i have all my client's do bodyweight training before adding external load with wt to strengthen tendons and core stability...i posted an article at rich-fit.com on it the other day so check it out an let me no wat u think
