I need some fast twitch exercises

I searched at yahoo for some and all I can find is sprinting (which I already have) and some plyometric exercises, which I do not have because I have trouble picking good ones.I think plyometric exercises are slow twitch though, but not exactly sure. I also know that based on athleticquickness.com, isometric training (holding a resistance band or your bodyweight for a certain amount of seconds and a certain amount of reps) works fast twitch as well. I know only a couple of those exercises, but not a lot.

What are some good fast twitch exercises I can do in the weightroom? I know cardio and weightraining works slow twitch muscle fibers. A lot of people forget about fast twitch exercises and they wonder why their body is performing slower and they cannot run as fast with all the muscle they have gained from building slow twitch muscle fibers in the weightroom. Slow twitch is good for endurance, but not when you want to become faster at your sport (could be sprinting, kicking a soccer ball, throwing a football, throwing a baseball/softball, playing hockey and have the power for the speed and hitting the puck into the net, shooting or passing a basketball, etc)

As Karky said, all weight training 'can' train fast twitch muscle fibers.

You have fast and slow twitch muscle fibers in every muscle. Training any exercise with a mid/heavy weight and doing each rep explosivly will help you become explosive in sport.

Be careful and dont jump into things, this is quite an advanced technique and its easy to develop bad form.

Is power clean fast twitch? I want to start doing it, but I get confused after every rep when I try (have to pause and think the order again). I heard its really good for power.

All Oly lifts are good for power. Lifting heavy and lifting fast as possible (while maintaining form) will develop your fast twitch fibers just fine.

Just start cleaning, and watch videos of people cleaning online. Eventually, it will become second nature. When it comes time to do it, don't think.

Explode from the ground, pull up, and get under the weight.

read up on form also, remember "when the elbows bend, the power ends" try to finish exploding BEFORE you bend you're elbows, its kinda tricky, but then you got it down.
