Hey everybody, what's up? I am currently in Iraq and I have a few months to go before I can come home. I want to start getting in better shape. I am somewhat fit, but I know I can be in much greater shape than I am now. I was looking in a fitness magazine and saw some women competing in a fitness competition. I was wondering if someone had any advice on how I could become as fit and strong as these women and on the routine I should use to become a better athlete?
