I need some advice

Hi, my name is jerry and first off im new to this site. I am 18 years old and have been lifting weights on and off for about a year. I use to weigh 240 then i started to run and i lost about 50 punds .. then i hyperextended my knee. i weigh 214 now. I need some advice on how to lose weight and tone my body. Maybe a good workout plan. Good nutrion plan. right now i run about 6 miles to 12 miles a day . depending on how sore i am from the previous day. I try to do different work outs. I only really know a few exercises and im not really worried about strengh training. My bench i havnt maxed out in awhile but its about warm up sets of 225 and my 6 set is 275. i learned a pyramid kind of workout from football. I have some belly fat and some Chest fat and i really want to lose this along with getting toned. Iv talked to some traners and one said because of my frame its hard to get abs bu im willing to try. IM highly motivated and just want to do this.

Well it definitely seems like you are on the right track if you have lost that much weight already. If you keep up the 6-12 miles a day you'll continue to lose weight, especially if you are eating right, which is the most important thing.

If your body fat is still high as of right now it won't do much good to focus on ab exercises. However, if you are lifting, or begin to lift more, you will be strengthening you abs anyway because you are using your core.

What kind of equipment do you have access to? How much time do you have to lift? And if you have been lifting or have in the past, what types of exercises and splits did you/do you do?
 
Before i had a whole gym at school to work with. now i dont really have much i have some sort of a mechanical bench press. a fly machine. and thats about it im probably gona get a memebership in a week at 24 hours fitness.... which isnt open 24 hours go figure. but also i have unlimited time to workout. i go back to school nect semster college. my eating habits iv been trying to control. when i lost most of my weight i was eating salads and i did mostly cardio.
