I need some advice pls. help.

I need some advice on my workout...

this is my workout

mon. chest,shoulder,triceps
tues. abs,back,legs
wed. rest
thurs. chest,shoulder,triceps
frid. abs,back,legs
sat. cardio


The problem is I cant lift heavy weights in my shoulder and triceps because it is already tired .My question is it better to do the shoulder and triceps exercise on the different day?
 
what is the cardio activity?
 
what are your goals, what are you doing for each muscle group.. lots of isolations i imagine. look into some compound lifts and full body wo's

and as FF asked, whats the cardio. :)
 
My goal is to get big a little bit.


I do 45-1 hour of cardio...treadmill every saturday.

heres my complete workout

monday. flat,incline bench press.Chest press (shoulder)side,front raise,Military press.(triceps)push down,skull crusher.

tues.(back)pull down,row (legs) leg press ( biceps)alternating curl and preacher curl.
 
you could do with at least some squats and lunges in there mate

you NEEDmore compound exercises 3x a week and there should be no need to isolate your arms time would be better spent on some rows what r ure goals you seem very focused on arms and chest???
