I need help.....

I think its time for me to start eating healthy... Or at least try to.. IM going to start a low carb diet.. But heres whats wrong.. I work 3rd shift and need something healthy that i can buy at work.. (I work at wal-mart).. I work a 10pm-7am shift when i wake to head to work, i usally eat what it brought home.

I dont know what to eat(I am cutting out drinking pop, But its hard)

Why are you going low carb? Just reduce your calories a bit, no need to cut carbs out.

As for food, use tupperware and bring a meal thats easy to pack.

Get out of the sweets isle

For me..I was trying out numerous things that were partially effective like South Beach and other low carb..no-carb diets...but then I discoverd the reason they were partially effective was the hidden little sweets I took in during the day..without even thinking about it. Coffe with sugar, Chewing gum, soda, hard candy, cookies cake and so on...

Here is what I would suggest...cut out all the sugary bits while doing what you normally do every day. after about a month you will not have a big desire for them..and they may even taste odd(weird but true)...at about that point pick back up where you left off on your diet and watch the results!!.. I lost big LBs just by straying away from my sweets!
