I swear, this is the last time I am going to respond to one of your punctuationless-gramatical-free-for-all's.

Stick to body weight exercises.

Robert: The guys on this forum have give you advice ad nauseum regarding weight training and safety.

You have continually chosen to A) shrug off the information and do what you want anyway or B) ask the same questions over and over.

Re-read ALL the posts you have written and ALL the responses provided. We're happy to help, answer questions etc. But you need to realize that we've answered your questions many times over.

He used a period too. Of course, there was no space between ".And"

ROFL

On to the real deal...

Who are these 9 out of ten peeps? Fromthis site? If you recall, I believe I told you on day one that you are too young for the weights (along with others here). You didn't wanna hear it, so we gave you lifting advice anyway. Now a couple of fellas on the playground tell you it's bad and you wanna stop???

Sheesh.

Ball4life is correct. Do push-ups, etc. And, some isometrics. Don't start lifting until 15 or 16. Even then, there is no reason to lift hard.

Cheer up man... I will only say this one more time. YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE HOW MUCH LIFE IS AHEAD OF YOU!

Take it easy and take your time. You have nothing but time ahead of you my friend.

And, don't get your feelings hurt, by mine, McCarley's, or anyone else's post... We are just tired of answering the same thing day-in-day-out.

Gambatte kudasai.

Peace bro,
Rip
