i need help loseing weght fast

hello i need help losing wight fast in at least 2 months i see my girlfriend for the first time in a year i gained alot of weight in that year i went away due to family problems but i box every Monday Wednesday and Friday for 2 hrs for some reason im not losing any weight Ive been at it for 2 months and i see no results pleas4e help me!!!!! what i look like to her means so much to me.

My recommendation would be either gather all free resources you can on weight loss and implement them, or if your serious then get a paid program like sixpackshortcuts which is designed to get you a fit body in 3 months. Either way, do SOMETHING and get momentum going.

There are a number of stickied threads on this forum for basic nutrition, weight training, etc. Take a look through them first and then come back with questions. Simply saying "I need help losing weight" does not give anyone enough information to work off of, and it helps if they don't have to start from square one when it comes to typing up advice.

You might need to look at your diet - increase the protein and decrease the carbs. Perhaps some extra cardio work will yield better results like running. I personally use a sweatsuit whilst running. Bought it online and found it helped speed up my metabolism significantly.

One more thing - try to do something that you can really enjoy so you get the drive. My brother weighed over 100 kg and he lost about 20 from Frisbee that he really enjoyed.
