I need help getting my abs to peak

HI I am 24 6 foot tall
178 lbs
9.4% BF
My abs are almost showing, if i flex them I can see them from the side in the mirror.
I run about 2 miles 20 min HIIT cardio 5-6 days a week and lift weights 4-5 days.
I do abs every other day/

I really want to get my abs to show, thats all i care about while i still workout the rest of my body and have that part down great.
I am new at trying to get my BF real low.
My diet is fairly good, i know what to eat and what not to and when.

u need to use weighted versions of ab exercises to actually build them up...train like any other muscle with sets of 8 - 12 reps with short rest using tri sets (3 exercises in a row without rest) if possible

So long as you know how to eat properly... it's all about continuing to lose body fat. Strength training, cardio, nutrition, hydration, flexibility and rest are the way to go.

To get the abs to pop a bit more you can increase the muscle size. To do that you can follow swans05's advice. Throw in some weighted ab work.

It's real hard to get those lower abs to pop out. Most people find that they have to get their body fat extremely low for them to show. That being said, since they're almost showing if you lose a slight bit more body fat, which can be done through clean eating, and work them hard to build them up they wll likely start to show. You can do exercises such as weighted crunches, decline crunches, cable crunches, etc that will really challenge the muscle and you won't be able to do high reps. Hope that helps.
