Im New, I Just Have A One Huge Question...

I Am Trying To Gain More Size, But I Have One Problem. My Upper Body Is Getting Better Except For My Abs. I Dont Have Any Abs...

I Dont Want To Do Cardio Because It Will Make Me Smaller...

I Want To Know: How Much Cardio, Or Should I Do Cardio To Help Me Achieve Abs????? I Dont Have A Gut, But My Stomach Isnt Flat Either........

Weight training + cardio + good diet = good looking abs.

you need to ballence it all out and make sure everything is spot on.

workout how many calories you need to be eatting every day.

as for cardio, its a must. And for so many more reasons than just to show off your abs. Start with 20mins of HIIT twice a week. after 2 weeks bump it up to 3 time a week. If you find it easy then your not doing it right.
