I need advice

I am 17 years old, 166.4 pounds and 18.7% body fat currently. I have great definition in my arms and abs, which I am satisfied with. However, I am not satisfied with my chest development. I need some advice on excercises or programs to do. I currently do 100 pushups per day plus dumbell flies and bench and incline press. What else is there to do to increase chest size and definition?
 
You want something under conditions which prevent it. You are just making a deposit in the national bank of torn rotators... At some point it is going to be time to pay up. Slow down a little. Your volume is out of control. You need a balanced routine, and it sounds like your training is way out of proportion.

You have great definition in your abs and you have 18.7% bodyfat ? I must have been getting inaccurate info, them. I always heard that your bodyfat needs to be in the single digits for your abs to have great definition.
