I need a online personal trainer

Hey.

I need someone that can help me out and give me a plan of what to do to achieve my goals.I hope you are willing to do this for free.

I'm not overweight. I'm on the right weight for my height 5'10.

I want running and dumbell lifting in my training.

Can anyone help me?

I want to improve my heart muscle, abdominal muscles, triceps, chest and shoulders to give those muscley looks.

well... what are your goals? Do you want to get bigger, leaner, smaller?

What equipment do you have available to you?

What does your schedule look like? How many days per week can you train?

What's your nutrition look like?

My goals are for bigger and leaner muscles.
I can train most days of the week at the moment.
Equipment available I have is 2 x 6kg dumbell.
1 litre water bottle for any running or exercises.

My nutrition is healthy drinks most of the time, and because I'm only 16. My dad makes most of my meals so I don't quite decide on what to eat. I eat what I get. But I can change this if needed.

Thanks for taking your time to reply, jimaug87

Sounds to me as though you need the presence of a trainer and not a virtual one. Training isn't just about knowledge, it's about motivation and accountability. Showing up because you have a standing appointment is far better than chatting online.

It sounds like you don't have much equipment to work with, but that's OK. For now you should make body weight exercises the bulk of your routine. Try working out 3 days a week, and try running sprints on 2 of your off days.Make sure to take 2 days of complete rest also, your body needs it.. Do Sit-ups, push-ups, dips, and pull-ups. These body weight exercises will make you strong and do not underestimate the benefits they will have. You can do dips between two chairs. If you dont have a pull-up bar: GET ONE. You need some leg work also. You can use your dumbbells and rest them on your shoulders and do squats. You can also do overhead dumbbell presses for your shoulders, and curls for your biceps. This covers your whole body. Your workout should not last for more than an hour. This should be a good starting point, and make sure to eat enough. Never skip breakfast.
