Well. Since I broke up with my girlfriend I've had no real motivation, and for the last week or so, I've lifted a few weights, than just... Stop... It's not that I'm depressed, I'm actually happy.
I started working out a lot more, back when I was only friends with her, and wanted to be dating her. So I worked out like crazy, and ate like crazy. I got fast results.
Now, I'm sitting on this computer all day saying to myself "5 more minutes".
I need to be motivated! Give me some ideas.
