I need a little help

Hi, Im new to the forums, but I thought I could get some help. Im 14, 5'6 and I can bench only about 95 max. I havent been benching but only 2 months. I want to have a sculpted chest and get rid of some of the fat I have. I have a bench in my room and I really would like to build a really nice chest by the summer time. I really dont feel teh burn in my pecs when I bench. I only feel it in my triceps. Any help is much appreciated.

Use a wider grip. The closer your hands get together on the bar the more your working your triceps and inner chest. You need to spread your hands out more.
 
how often are you benching? is bench press the only exercise you do? don't focus on one muscle or muscle group like only your chest, you gotta work out everything
 
Upper chest is pretty good, but I want to build a good lower chest. The only thing is that I don't have a decline bench. What alternative is there?
 
What about foods. Are there any certain foods I can eat to help increase muscle growth? I was also researching Creatin. Is that something that would help me build muscle faster?
