I Need a Great Ab Routine!!

I need a really good ab routine. I need the excersises and the amount of sets and reps to do in each. I just can't get my focus on working my abs because I don't have a set routine like I do for everything else so please help me out and get me one. Thanks in advance.
 
heavy squats, deadlifts; you could follow those with weighted situps and/or weighted hanging leg raises, but it is not necessary. 2-4 sets of 8-15 reps like any other exercise for any other muscle with a minimum of 48 hours rest between sessions..
 
just stick in hanging leg raises ( or knee raises if you cant do leg raises) after a lifting session. you can alternate and do russian twists one day. weighted situps another. i prefer weighted leg raises. as stated, squats and deads are already great core lifts.
 
I don't know if you gym will have it, but my gym has a bench designer specifically for abs. It can be moved around and the angle can be adjusted.

I do this exercise with my dad. we get a 4 lb ball and when I am sitting on the bench at 90o angle he will throw the ball at me and i would catch it as I go down and stop myself with my abs and when i would return to the top position i would throw the ball at him. We would repeat this a lot of times and sometimes when i would catch the ball i would rotate left and right abut 20 times to work the sides of abs.
 
Also, planks, if planks are easy you can do renegade rows, they are a GREAT stabilization exercise.
You can use DB's aswell as kettlebelts.


try it, its HARD and you will feel the burn. just remember not to start twisting you're body, keep still and stable, then it will work. if you start cheating use you're entire body, you wont get the benifit.
