I also wanted to point out that they are making flavored water now-a-days. Maybe you can incorporate one of the flavored bottles into your day so that when you feel like your going to barf because of all the water, the flavor might help you choke it down.
Ok, they're called "Nestle Pure Life" and they come in a bunch of flavors. Here's the nutritional label:
