I lost ten pounds...in two weeks?!?!

Wow. I don't know if I believe it. I don't know. this is all too weird. Ihave been 280 for about two months now. the past three weeks I have been changing my diet and what not, exercising 5 days a week with the Biggest Loser Level one, and doing my normal stuff. I don't eat a lot of unhealthy stuff. I lowered my calorie intake but my chart shows I have a lot of carbs...im not sure if thats good and I still have a decent amount of fat.

so i decided what the hell..lets look at the scale even though I wanted to avoid that.

and it says 270.

im ready to use someone else's scale and see if its right or wrong.

im going to start taking my measurements.

and i havent really felt it in my clothes cause school just ended so i been in pajamas a lot, lol sleeping and relaxing.

wow..for real? im in shock.

I believe it. I lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks without any exercise at all. So, it's definitely possible. Hopefully the scale is correct and not lying to you. Keep it up girl!
 
clearly you were doing maintaince calories before, now you suddenly started a diet. As with the beginning of all diets you loose a ton of weight :D

Its great fun but unfortuantly doesnt last :(

I think i lost close to 20lb (or just under) in a week. thats the best i did, but of course again beginning of diet, probably mostly fluid etc.
Would kill for that now! :D
 
That is how I started my weight loss, a small change and a curious weigh in a couple weeks later. After ballooning for years I dropped 10lbs in what seemed like overnight! It's exciting!

Hello! Im new here. Wow Im amaze by your improvement hun.Please share some tips.Im currently gaining weight.
 
That is possible girl. Just keep it up. Me too, I lost several pounds even without exercise although I used low carb diet and I took some weight loss supplements.
