Hello!
You are probably here wondering what to do to lose weight... well I'm gonna tell you what I did and how I did it.
I tried many things like: Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Xenadrine, Hydroxicut, Green Tea and a bunch of more things but none of this worked! :-(
I thought I was going to give up and that everything out there was a sham, you are probably thinking that right now.
Well I started exercising a little bit and started eating in moderation, I came across an appetite suppressant that is 100% natural, and that really helped it managed to help me shrink my stomach.
I don't exercise that much and to be honest I don't diet but I don't eat really large portions.
Let me know if I can help you I know is hard to lose weight but is doable!
I lost 68 pounds in 4 months, I can tie my shoes again without losing my breath!

Finally I have been here for weeks looking for the answer. Who new it was a simple pill!

Congrats on your weight loss.

However, please don't bother mentioning the name of your great weight loss pill, or ask members to contact you for 'more information', because should that happen, we'd have to ban you for spamming. So please don't.

I also merged your two threads. No reason to post the same thing twice.

Hey I just want to give people advice..
Like eating breakfast every morning, eat certain foods that will help you burn fat!
You don't have to use pills or tricks in my case I did because I was eating way too much!
All I'm trying to do is help other people and maybe get some advice so I can drop the last 10 pounds... jezzz

Im not trying to sell you anything!

Wonderful! Then post it all right here (without ads or pills or links). Please understand that your post very much sounded like a setup.

My eating!
Here is one of my typical days.
Breakfast
Two eggs (normal they can even be scrambled or sunny side) made with I can't believe is not butter or a 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil.
A side of toast I prefer bagel thins or sandwich thins whole wheat
Drink some kind of juice or stuff low sugar (I don't so sugar free drinks or stuff with splenda)

Lunch
I go to a place (in most cases) is called Chicken Kitchen and I get a grilled chicken breast over either a scoop of brown rice or lettuce and tomato.
You won't be too hungry if you took your pill so this will satisfy you thru out the day.
Drink I do the soda fountain and I do 1/2 water 1/2 lemonade.

Dinner
Sometimes the supplement keeps me away from dinner so I forget about it but when I don't I usually make myself a tuna sandwich with one can of tuna light mayo and put it in one of those bread thins that you did for breakfast.
If I go out to eat I usually stay away from french fries and starches.. Every now and then I eat a loaded baked potato... and as far a meat selection for dinner either chicken breast, some kind of fish pan seared or a lean steak.

Snacks
For the most part I don't snack the supplements curves that need but if you needed to here are a couple of options
baby food (one of the little glass jars)
1 green apple
yogurt with some granola (try to go for the light and fit yogurt)
Granola bar (I like nature valley)

Let me know! ohhh btw if you are a big soda drinker try drinking soda water! This helps curve the craving for the bubbly feel of the soda.

Let me know!!

Hi,

Some people may have seen some of my posts on the gastric balloon thread (or not!). Basically, I lost weight successfully with the balloon, but have gone right off the rails since it came out, and regained most of it  Not good, I know.

Anyway, I was reading through this thread, because I am actually thinking about trying some kind of diet pills, in conjunction with a calorie-controlled diet, and I would like to find out more about what's available, and more to the point, what's safe! But I am getting the impression that we are not supposed to mention pills by name on here? If that's the case, maybe there's somewhere else I can go to get reliable information? (moderators - can you advise?).

I tried weight loss pills in the past, with some success - the kind that act on the brain/nervous system - but the ones I used before are now banned I think. I don't want the kind where your body is unable to tolerate any fat at all! (side effects sound too grim!:ack2:)

However, at the end of the day, I know they are not a long-term answer.

Any help in this matter would be appreciated - and I apologise if it is against the forum's policy to discuss these methods of weight loss.

Honest answer? Don't you dare take this crap BUT if you really really want to do it, talk to your doctor.

I have to say though that it sounded like you never actually learned how to eat properly if you regained after removing the balloon. Nothing is going to work till you work on that fact. I don't know if it is emotional eating or lack of knowledge but you are talking about going from one 'crutch' (balloon) to another 'crutch' (pills), one that you used before. Drop the crutches :)

Hi Jericho,

Thanks for your reply. You are absolutely right of course, and I will give serious consideration to what you said. I'm definitely a comfort-eater - I know everything there is to know (pretty much!) about calories, fat grammes etc, but putting it all into practice just seems to be beyond me at the moment! Unfortunately, I am not a great lover of exercise either!

Maybe I will try seeing my doctor - although I think they'll proably just tell me what I know already, and I doubt if they'll give me the pills I had in mind!

I should probably look at other areas of the forum, to see if I can get inspired/motivated by some of the success stories!

Anyway, again, thanks for taking the time to reply :Angel_anim:
