I'm torn with what the heck I should do for my thick legs. I know they would look awesome if they were leaned out a lot more but I'm torn as to what I should do. I don't know if I should do more cardio, light weights with more reps or if its best for me to push a little harder and lift a little heavier.
I feel like I'm all over the place at the gym! I know I'm tight undeneath that fat and but I feel like I'm not maximizing the effect.
I do like my but, its nice and round and I wouldn't mind tightening that as well but it is certainly not my focus. Its the legs. I hate them. I hate the fat above my knees and between my legs.
Suggestions??
