For some reason, I can't get motivated. I guess its because im so lost with what to do. I'm 213 pounds and 5'3. I really dont look that big most people say, they are shocked when they hear how much I weight
I just lack the motivation to go to the gym lately.
I really dont know what to do. Id like to be 140 and eventually 110. I want to lose 3 pounds or more a week. Anyone know of any diets that would be good for me? I was also planning on going to the gym four times a week 45-1 hr of cardio and 45-1 hr of strength training. Would that be enough? Like i said im very lost with this stuff.
