Thanks guys! I'm glad that I did my exercise today. Now, I just have to get a good night sleep tonight!

Today I went over to my in-laws house. My brother and sister in-law just got their back to school clothes and gave me a fashion show! It was the cutest thing I'd ever seen in my entire life! I love them so much!! They are 9 and 11 so they're really fun to be around. Because of them I had an awesome day. They came over later and played video games with me. Tomorrow they are coming over to watch a movie. This is their last week before school starts so we've been hanging out a lot!

My sister in-law makes me feel awesome. The other day she asked me if I had ever been miss usa!! hahaha. She told me she wants to be like me when she grows up becuase I'm beautiful and cool. It made me cry a little!!

Anyway, I'm going to step up my exercise tomorrow! I have 3 pounds I wanted to lose this week holding on!!!

Have you ever tried sherbert cups?? They are only 90 calories and are an awesome substitute for ice cream. See, I was finding it hard to say no to ice cream so my husband brought these little cups of sherbert home!! I haven't craved ice cream once!!!

I'm in a good mood! :)

I'm really glad you had a good day today. :) And I'm glad your headache went away. I get headaches a lot - so I can definetly feel your pain.

Sherbert cups? YUM. I love ice cream too - I settled for low fat frozen yogurt tonight and it was PERFECT. lol

I hope we get to chat tomorrow!

These sherbert cups sound yummy! I don't think we have anything like them in England :( Your brother and sister in law sound really sweet! Kepp up the good work.

We had some friends over during the weekend and I did some home-made sherbet for dessert. Lemon and raspberry/black currant, and they were great! Dead easy to make, too. Not fast, but easy. And better on a hot day than ice cream, if you ask me. Of course, our definition of a hot day is anything over 75 degrees Fahrenheit... :)

Your HOT day is 75 + degrees!!!! I am so jealous of you. I don't even know what to say! I mean last week we had temps of like 105 with 80% humidity. Man... that's just wrong. hahaha Do you have the recipe for your homemade sherbert!? It sounds sooo good! :)

And our cold days are -20 Fahrenheit...but no polar bears, contrary to common belief. :D

And the recipe (units are metric, but there's loads of unit conversion pages):
Heat 0.3 liters of water with 200 grams of sugar (rough amount - depends on the kind of lemons you get) until the sugar has completely dissolved. Peel two lemons thinly and put the zest in the hot liquid, allow to cool. Take the zest out and add juice from four lemons. Put in a freeze-proof bowl and place in a freezer. Once the sherbet is frozen but not solid yet (consistency like in oatmeal) break the ice structure down, either with a mixer or a whisk, until the sherbet is smooth. Add one beaten egg white, mix again. Allow to freeze for another hour or so. You might want to mix the sherbet once more before serving, you'll just need to experiment.

To make sherbet out of berries and stuff, all I do is I use 0.4 liters of water instead of 0.3 and add about 0.3 liters of mashed berries, but not the egg white. Again, the amount of sugar depends on what you're using... Have fun and enjoy!

Thanks for checking in on me :) I really appreciate it- I've been a lazy bum, but I'm ready to get back to work. Just wanted to let you know that I think you've been doing great! You're really sticking to healthy food choices and lots of exercise! Glad you're enjoying Carmen! (Just so you know- the 2nd video is definitely a killer, but the actual striptease routines aren't all that aerobic--- from my perspective anyway~ and I got really annoyed with listening to her count after awhile. lol)

hahahahaha. I know what you mean... her counting IS annoying. The only one I like is #2! It makes me feel refreshed when it's over. :) Thanks for your encouraging words. Glad you are going to get back to work! You and are have the same goal and should reach it at the same time!!! Get moving!!!:)

Alright so I had a pretty good day. My brother and sister in-law came over and watched a movie with me. I made them popcorn but I opted for fruit! YAY! Had a lot of family drama today and I didn't want to eat everything in the kitchen which is a good sign for me! Here's hoping for a better day tomorrow!

Yay!! Great job on the alternative snack choice!! Hope tomorrow brings you sunshine and butterflies (and a 1-2 lb weight loss) LOL
:D

Hey hf2006,

just chekking up on you, seems to be going great. Good work with not raiding the kitchen on the drama day, and choosing some alternativ snack for movie night. Have a nice day:)

In law drama has poured over into today... or maybe I should say FLOODED! I just don't understand why I am the one called!!

Anyway, exercise done for the day YAY!

That's all I have to report as of now....:D

I forgot to write earlier... I lost a lb since yesterday!! Thanks Manaloa!! haha.... I didn't have butterflies or that much sunshine but I went down ONE lb since yesterday!! :)

The only reason I have so much willpower is because I have been trying to lose this weight for so long and this is the last stretch! I know I have to do it so I can just stop thinking about it all the time! I will help motivate you the best I can! You are so close to you goal!! Under 30 lbs left!! :)

:) You're so sweet Leslie!! You are the one who is the exercise QUEEN!!! You motivate me to get off my butt!! YAY YOU! :D

On a side not... had some popcorn with my brother and sister in-law BUT it was the light butter kind. I think it was called smart pop. So, I ate about 100 calories which isn't bad at all. Now I just have to figure out a good dinner and I'll be set!
