Okay I had a good night last night and didn't go off my diet!

Today is the end of the 2 week challenge... I lost 10 lbs!! I am also only 3 lbs away from meeting my august goal! YAY!! I'm very excited but also very tired. I got up early to make danny some breakfast and his lunch for the day but really need to get more sleep! So, it's back to bed for a couple more hours then off to my workout!!! :)
 
I've done my workout and have come up with a new workout plan for next week! I am going to start using an exercise bike to burn more calories!! Hopefully I will be able to get to my goal weight by my birthday!!
 
Hi, just cruising your diary and I have to say, you're doing a great job on your weight loss.

Thanks T2! I plan on fighting until I have reached my goal!!! I am in this 300% and don't plan on giving up or letting little cravings stand in my way!

My Birthday is December 15. In order to reach my goal I'd have to lose about 3 lbs per week. I'm not sure if I can stick to that so.... we will see. If anything I will become really close!
 
It would brilliant if you could hit your goal by your birthday. Keep trying and you never know. You have been doing so great. Keep up all the hard work!
 
As my husband would say.... I fell off the snake this weekend. I am not even going to weigh myself for at least 5 days! I ate like I needed to gain weight this weekend!!! I just got so wrapped up in the fun I was having that I kept eating. I ate until I was full and then I ate some more. My outrageous appetite can mean only one thing... TOM is coming and will be arriving in the next couple of days. Oh man! Why do I give in to these crazy cravings? I will not any longer! I can actually feel that I've gained weight! I won't weigh myself!! I know it will make me cry! So, I'm just happy that tomorrow I start my new exercise routine with stationary bike riding! Hopefully by Friday I will be back to what I was on Friday!
 
Okay... super pumped about exercising today! I feel tired but I'm ready to burn off some fat! hahaha. So yeah, still staying away from the scale... That's putting it lightyly. I'm actually avoiding it like the plague!!! I've never used a stationary bike so I am aiming for at least 30 min! Be back later!!!
 
So I worked out for 1.5 hours! I did 30 minutes on the stationary bike and an hour of weight training! My mother in-law was so motivated to help me out it was awesome. I want to see how my body is tomorrow before I do any more on the bike. I thought I would test it out today. I sweat like it was nobodys business!!! I have no idea how far of a distance I went because the thing on the bike is broken. I liked using it though because it has the arm things on it too. Anyway, I'm glad my workout is over I feel great!!
